If successful in your application you must:

Complete our lease agreement |

Provide Photographic ID |

Provide Proof of Previous Address |

Provide Employer/ Landlord References |

Provide Bank Account Details in order for a Direct Debit to be set up |

A Deposit is required. This is usually to the value of one month’s rent which will be held by the Landlord to safeguard against damage, unpaid bills or any other monies due to the landlord by the tenant. |
